Want to make sure your calls will go through before passing out your call link? Here are a few checklist items to make sure you get your Roxer calls:
1. Make sure your app is up to date
We update our app frequently with new features and fixes, so make sure you're using the most recent version of the app!
To make sure your app is up to date, navigate to your profile in the app store. Here you can see all the apps that need to be updated or have recently updated.
If you don't want to manually update your app frequently, turn on auto-update to automatically keep your apps up to date.
2. Enable notifications
Roxer requires push notifications so you know when someone wants to call you. Make sure notifications are enabled for Roxer in your system settings.
3. Request a Test Call
If you want to see how a call will come through, request a test call with a member of the Roxer team. We would be happy to give you a call to test it out!
